1. A banning order or disqualification order under Part 2-4 of the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 is in force against you.
2. You are banned from engaging in a credit activity under a law of a state or territory.
3. You have been convicted, within the last 10 years, of serious fraud.
4. An order under the Crimes (Criminal Organisations Control) Act 2009 (NSW) or the Serious and Organised Crime (Control) Act 2008 (SA) is in force against you.
